Easton Blanchard Picture
Easton Blanchard:

Eight-year-old Easton Blanchard from Leesburg, Georgia was born with a rare degenerative muscle disease - muscular dystrophy with myosin deficiency. After numerous surgeries, Easton is left with only four inches of his small intestine forcing him to subsist on an all-liquid diet, fed to him through a feeding tube. In July of 2008, Easton underwent a small intestine transplant through the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, though regrettably his body rejected the organ soon after. He has since been able to come home to Albany, GA where he is recuperating, his body slowly building back his immune system after the extensive surgery. Over half of the profits from the sales of Easton's product line will go directly to help Easton and his family with his medical expenses.
